Grown on their El Vergel Estate, this coffee undergoes a unique 48-60 hour fermentation process and is stored in silos for 45 days to enhance its fruity notes. Brewing Instructions

For the perfect cup of Lil Red, use 2 tablespoons (10g) of coffee for every 6 ounces (160g) of water. This coffee is versatile and shines across brewing methods, from drip to espresso. For a more pronounced orange note, try brewing with a pour-over. Adjust the grind and ratios to suit your taste.

The best decaf in the world bar none

If you love coffee but like me cannot tolerate the caffeine you are in the right place. This coffee is so good you don’t miss the caffeine. Also I had a problem with my shipping address and once I got ahold of the company they went out of their way to solve it.

Oh WOW

This is a subtle coffee! Do not overwhelm your cup with sugar, flavored syrup, or milk. You honestly do not need it. From what I can tell it is also low acid and deserves to shine on its own.
Treat it with respect and simplicity and you are on your way to the best cup of coffee you may have ever had.
